Product design and development for the creation of the optimum solution for a large-scale project where the great difficulty was the creation of the 3D model together with its reverse engineering in order to carry out its design, which could be assembled on site.
One of our specialities, the manufacture of customised steam baths, is demonstrated by this project. Here, EP elements offered our client the opportunity to carry out a project with a high technical scope due to the premises that the architecture required. Our company was responsible for the 3D modelling and manufacture of the wall, bench and ceiling structure.
One of the factors that favoured the achievement of the project was thanks to the design developed by our engineers to carry out the manufacture and subsequent assembly of this pool in record time. Here we manufactured the PASSIVE POOL structure in EPS in two weeks after the confirmation of designs and the study of singular encounters. Subsequently, our client in less than two weeks carried out the installation of our prefabricated modules and waterproofing of the same, achieving an excellent service to the client taking into account that it was a dry work without waste.

These steam baths were made up of several benches of the same mechanised shape, their shape being simpler because they only had to follow the contour of the walls. Finally, this same distributor, at the back, gave rise to two shower areas with ceilings of equal complexity where they were joined by two rooms, also on the left and right, with two Finnish saunas.
