Collaboration with project management in the design and development of the solution with structural insulation EP-Elements for the conformation of the structure in EPS AZUL, where we made pieces of suitable sizes to solve the passage of the product to the work area.
Pioneering project with one of our most loyal customers and collaborators, carried out during a period of state of alarm and with the difficulties involved with travel, our client together with EP elements were able to remotely design and manufacture a pool shell of 10000x2500mm of water surface and internal height of 900mm. Thanks to our 3D technology, graphics and the advantages it offers to anticipate problems, our client was able to install their first PASSIVE POOLS pool without the need, due to COVID restrictions, for a factory technician to travel.
The photograph below shows a perimeter channel filled with pebbles, EP elements designed together with the architecture of an additional piece which, in turn, acted as a support for the end of the wooden decking, to house a "U" shaped piece to have a perimeter channel for the splashes that could be caused during the enjoyment of the pool by the users. These pieces were placed additionally once the pool had been built.
We would like to highlight the design of our EP elements swimming pool deck, a structure designed to be placed in an area that is difficult to access. It consists of a ladder with a total width equivalent to that of the pool and an "L" shaped bench so that users can sit and enjoy the views provided by the site.
