One of the largest and most complex pools made with our PASSIVE POOL system, is a pool built on a steel plate made in a rehabilitation of a hotel on the beachfront. This pool measures 15.00 x 3.00 m of water surface and has three glass fronts.
Thanks to our technology and technical department, in this project we were able to develop the first EPS tank with a mixed PASSIVE POOL system where different materials came together and made it possible to build the largest tank with a glazed front using high-density expanded polystyrene.
One of the factors that favoured the achievement of the project was thanks to the design developed by our engineers to carry out the manufacture and subsequent assembly of this pool in record time. Here we manufactured the PASSIVE POOL structure in EPS in two weeks after the confirmation of designs and the study of singular encounters. Subsequently, our client in less than two weeks carried out the installation of our prefabricated modules and waterproofing of the same, achieving an excellent service to the client taking into account that it was a dry work without waste.
- Support of stainless steel plates supported on properly braced beams
- PASSIVE POOL floor connection with glazed front panel fastening box, guaranteed watertightness
- Structural glass pillars for the support of the water sheet on three sides
- Fixing and sealing of pillars at the junction with EPS parts in the bench area
- Waterproofing with special elastic technical mortars for this project
