We have the "Passive Pools" concept, thanks to the nature of our base material, EPS, we achieve almost zero energy consumption for water heating.

EP-Elements is launching a new system on the market comprising three unique designs comprising a modular, prefabricated, load-bearing structure that will enable us to design and build any pool shell, even with circular shapes to order.

We have a wide variety of possibilities and standardised models to offer our clients and projects. Our pools have a great advantage in terms of weight, thanks to the insulating and lightweight core, we can make pools in areas where concrete is unfeasible due to weight or execution. We also offer the possibility of making our pools in pieces, this is a great advantage when the access space to the area of action is limited.

STANDARD PIECE FOR WATER SHEET: 1200 mm

Our design allows an ideal behaviour in front of the hydrostatic pressure generated by fluids, this is thanks to the shape shaped by our technical department where we have studied in depth the details for a quality result.

They are modules of length between 500, 1000 and 2000mm depending on the needs of the client and the work where, studying and collaborating with the architectures project managers, we adjust the shape and thickness to obtain the least impact on the room.

STANDARD PIECE FOR WATER SHEET: 1200 mm

We offer our customers the possibility of being able to supply the corner joints with a preformed part ex works, in order to achieve a better finish and a guarantee of EP-Elements bearing capacity. However, it is also possible to produce this type of model from standard parts.

We offer our customers the option of supplying our modules with integrated wall bushings or accessories, we will only have to pass a prior analysis in the design and development department to specify the details of the project.

STANDARD PIECE WITH MEASUREMENTS 2000 x 1300 x 200 mm

Once we have formed the entire perimeter structure of the vessel, all of it carried out with the two modules shown above, we will proceed to place the pieces that make up the floor.

Due to the joining system designed by EP-elementS, it facilitates a good installation thanks to the fact that we can place from above, once we have checked all the angles of the pool basin, letting the piece slide and reattaching it at the necessary points. The pieces will be delivered with holes for the passage of pipes if necessary.
